SUBSTITUTIONS
Flowers are seasonal, and certain times, some flower types or colours may not be available on the delivery date.
Hence, when substituition is necesary ,we will ensure that the bouquet looks as close as the one you ordered.
For filler flowers/leaves, we will substitute them with floral types equal or greater value. This is done so while maintaining the look and feel of the original arrangement.
Do note that not every flower is the same in terms of size shape and over all look and feel, so there will be some variance sometimes. We seek your understanding on this
