How do i make payment?

ORDERS
Can I get my flowers today?
For fresh flowers we would need a lead time of 1-2 days. However, drop us a message @ +65 82337531 . If we’re able to do it for you we will try to accomodate.
Can I make changes to my order after I have already placed it?
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
However if it is 3-4days before, you can contact us via [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll see if we’re able to help to alter your order to reschedule it to another date.
If I wish for to be an anonymous sender, is it necessary for me to fill in my details?
Yes you have to. Just drop us a note when submitting your order that you’ll like to be anonymous and we will take note. Details are necessary in the event that we are unable to contact the recipient upon delivery, the sender will be contacted.
Can a message be attached to the bouquet?
Yes,all our bouquets comes with a message card( the size of a name card). You can indicate the message that want to be written before submitting your order. Alternatively just let us know if you’ll like to fill it up yourself.

DELIVERY
Where does The Bloom Inc deliver?
We deliver to most addresses in Singapore . However for certain areas (Tuas, Army Camp Base) , there will be an additional surcharge of $20 onto the initial delivery fee of $15, do check with us if you’re unsure.
What time will the flowers be delivered?
You may select your preferred time range given in the order form.An additional top-up of $15 depending on time and location applies to the standard delivery fees if you wish to have your orders delivered at a specific time.
However we will do our best to accomodate to your preferred timing if circumstances allow.
If I require flowers urgently, what do I do?
You can drop us an email at [email protected] or give us a call at +65 82337531 and we would do our best to make it possible for you.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND
Can I get a refund if i decide to cancel my order?
As flowers are perishable goods, we can’t offer you a refund nor cancel your order. However, if you want to change your delivery date/timing, do let us know at least 2 working days in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
In the case if you’re unsatisfied with the quality of our flowers or received the wrong item. Contact us immediately @+6582337531 with a brief description of the problem & a picture attached. We will get back to you promptly.
